Torres Window Cleaning

Arrived early AND did a great job cleaning my windows, screens and outdoor light fixtures and chandelier.

They did a fantastic job! My only complaint is that there were hard water stains on my sunroom doors and they were unable to remove them because they did not have a chemical necessary to do so. Also, that chemical can only be used during cloudy conditions. If I had let them know ahead of time, they would have been able to bring that cleaner and schedule for a predicted cloudy day. Next time, I will let them know before they come out.

Torres was terrific. They arrived on time with a team; worked consistently and quickly, were respectful of our property and were communicative. We will hire them again.

Well. They performed as promised.

Everything was exactly as promised - my windows sparkle and shine now! They were professional and prompt. I really appreciated their communication - they even called when they were on their way to let me know they'd be a bit early. They did a great job and were in and out in no time. I would definitely use them in the future.

Great! When done the Pella windows on the back of the house appeared streaked. They came back promptly and re-cleaned inside and out. Turns out, the problem was in between the windows that has shades. We got a price for that service and rehired them. They came back promptly and completed the work. My windows have never been so clear. I have them calendared to returen next sping.

The experience was very good.

They were nearly 30 minutes late and did not contact me to let me know they would be late. The windows were cleaned, but around the edges of many windows were streaks and therefore not completely clean. It was ok, but promptness matters and the courtesy of a call when you're running late and an apology would have been nice.

very good job on cleaning very good job on screen replacement - made front of house look so much better only complaint they did not re-lock several of my lower level windows and this after i specifically reminded workers to do so. as for customer service Yolanda could not have been better!
