James explained everything in detail. He was straightforward with me. His own crew came for the installation. They were on time and replaced all the windows in one day. They installed the windows very well. They didn't take shortcuts to finish the job quickly. Everything they did was accurate and perfect.

Everything was great. Just very pushy about second installment. I get it you wanted your money and it was three days after install but I was in the hospital with a broken leg and you show up to the house? A bit intense but everything else was AWESOME!

Installers were good and efficient. At time of sale, they told me the "Angies List" window was identical to the 7000 series, except that the locks were visible. According to the window stickers that provided ratings of various factors, they were not identical. I know this because one of the window stickers, and awning window, had different ratings than the others. I am disappointed that the windows were not all of the same quality (ratings.) Also, once it got cold out, a draft has been blowing to the rooms strong enough to cause a candle to flicker. The company's vendor, Cimate Solutions, has tried various "bandaid" techniques including installing weatherstripping on the brand new windows (something I could have and probably should have just done to my old ones) to no avail. The company is working with me to find a solution, which is likely to install a different window altogether. What a hassle to have to go through another installation, redo all the trim, etc. My motto is: "do it right the fist time."
