STRICTLY ASPHALT PAVING

No service was provided. I got somebody else

This company is unethical and have very crooked ways of doing business. They were to have a city permit but it was not shown to me. They were to put sealer down the middle of drive to seal the crack but would only do it for another 1000 and wanted the check made out to the individual instead of the company name. Most of what they were doing is cheating older persons. They were late by 2 hours. This company is very disreputable.

Chris Wages knocked on our front door and said that he was in the area sealing driveways. He examined our driveway and then told us that it would take 20 gallons at $15/gal for $300 dollars if done tonight. Since they installed our driveway and their sealing it would extend our 3 year warranty, we agreed to these terms and he commenced work. After 15 minutes, he spoke with us and told us that it was going to take more than 20 gallons. While we had agreed to $300 for the job, he said he could not leave the job half done and that since his estimate was off, he would "work with us" on the cost. We said to stop at $400 and then he went and finished sealing the driveway. After completion, he came to us and said the bill would be $570. We were shocked. We had agreed to a $300, and then raised it to a $400 job, but never a $570 job. He did offer to drop the price to $500 if we paid cash, and when we told him that was not an option, he criticized our banking. I don't recommend them!!

UNABLE TO GET A DATE TO SCHEDULE WORK TO BE PERFORMED. VERY FRUSTRATING.

TWICE THE ANSWERING SERVICE TOOK MY INFORMATION AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE AND NO ONE EVER DID. THEY ARE APPARENTLY NOT TOO EAGER FOR NEW BUSINESS NOT TO RETURN TWO PHONE CALLS.

ARRIVED AT 3:00 PM ON THE DAY PROMISED WITH AN ENTIRE 6 PERSON CREW, INCLUDING DUMP TRUCKS, BOBCAT, AND ROLLER. DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. COMPLETED WORK IN 2 1/2 HOURS.

MEN USED SOME OF OUR TOOLS, ASKED "WHAT DO YOU HAVE COLD TO DRINK?" ASKED US TO DO SOME OF THEIR HELP. OVERALL PLEASED WITH THE WORK! JUST THOUGHT OTHERS MIGHT LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THE WAY THE WORKERS ASKED FOR THINGS.

THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD.
