It went well. Mike does a great job--keeps in contact when he's running late, good quality work, is polite and professional. Our carpets looked great after the service. He is honest in his pricing, and treats spots as he finds them.
My only critical comment is that he always seems to run later than estimated. So I try to keep my day open and flexible to accommodate this. He does communicate when he is running late, though, as I previously stated.

They did a good and decent job. I had them come in and do it before I moved into the house and they met my expectations. The experience was fine. Their responsiveness was also good.

I had purchased a groupon, but before purchasing, I called a few times with questions which were answered completely and very courteously. When I called to make an appointment, I left a message and was called back within a few hours. Miguel is very friendly and courteous to deal with. We set up a time frame for his arrival of 9:30-12. He called on the day of service at around 11:30 stating he would be late. He called again around 1:30 stating he would be there soon ... he arrived around 2. Other than this timing issue, the job done was great, the carpets and sofa are MUCH cleaner, he was efficient and thorough and not disruptive to our home. And again, Miguel is a pleasant young man. I would recommend his services and I will use his company again.
