The gentleman's name is Ron Laatz. I live on a limestone outcropping. The soil wasn't deep enough to have a traditional septic system. He had to come up with a mechanical system that required a unique design and EPA approval. They came up with a creative, ideal, cost-effective solution. The alternative would have costed me over $75,000.
