Sears

They screwed me big time. Every time i try to call about it no one will return my call. I would never buy from them again or recommend them. I could have got the same unit I got from Sears for half the price. The unit is to loud for my house, they didn't do the air duct right. The ripped me off. I can't get no one to call me back. When the guys came in they did a good job. I told the guy the same day it was installed that it was to loud.

They were pretty good. The coolant in it wasn't a cool as it was supposed to be. It was a clogged line, he was here 15 minutes and now it is working wonderful! He was a very nice man, and he actually had the parts with him.

We have been pretty happy. They have been very good. We have extended warranty with appliances. So when you have extended warranty, you have free like tune-ups on appliances like stoves, microwaves, washer and dryer, and such. They are punctual and reliable.

I don't have any problems with them. I thought they were a little over priced but everything went fine. My famous plan was good, everything was done in a time we managed so I didn't have a problem with it. I would not use this provider again in the future.

A week ahead of time, I made an appointment for 8:00AM. I arrived and they took car in at 745AM. I was told that I would have an estimate in 30-45 min. It took 90 minutes with no attempt at an apology or explanation. At that time (9:30), I authorized them to proceed with all repairs and was told it would be about 3.5 hours (1:00PM). I went home and returned at 2:00PM. Then, the same sales rep told me that it would take about 2.5 more hours. When I asked why it was going to take 7.5 hours for something that should have been done in about 3 hours, he, basically, ignored me and said to return in 2.5 hours. While I'm a lifelong Sears customer for other things (appliances, tools, etc.), never again for auto service.

The handle on the oven came off. I've had this range for about a year, so I figured that I would exercise the warranty that I purchased. I was told the part, last week when I called, that the part would be sent to me and the technician would come and put it on. Well, after 35 minutes of talking to them and being transferred 4 times I was told that the technician would need to come out first so that he can assess what parts would actually be needed. My problem was, that is not what I was told last week and I've been looking out for UPS or FedEx and kind of waiting. In the interim I'm without a range when there were appointment times earlier than tomorrow. I am just a little frustrated with that. I plan on following up on this because I would like to see how they will handle this. At this point I am not satisfied.

They were on time, they did a thorough job.  It was great.  The vent guys came first then the carpet guys came second.  When they dried that there was a spot that wasn't really clean and they came back and cleaned it for no charge.  They gave me no problem and came back the next day.

I would never use Sears again for anything nor would I purchase an appliance from them. The A/C unit doesn't work properly and it hasn't since I purchased it. They had a good price for the unit because I searched around and I compared it to other units so the price was fine. They would show up but they didn't fix my problem nor do they care. I contacted the customer service department and they've never done anything about it. 

Sears, I  know they are great.  I have a service agreement and did maintenance on my washer and dryer.  I love everything.  They stand behind everything, if they can't fix it they replace it.

They were convenient and cheap.

I like them very much. I would use them in the future.

The service man who did the work cleaned up the messes he made. He explained exactly what he repaired.

I've always used Sears and I've always been satisfied.  I don't have anything to compare their price to.

Definitely use them.

I had a good experience up until recently. It is still on doing.

They did not have good customer service. They had to come back three times to do warranty work. They left hoses loose so water leaked everywhere. They did not order the correct part the first time.

Their prices are reasonable. They're cheaper than having someone come out individually.
