This guy is really good at a fair price.  He worked hard and made certain everything was well done.  I was VERY impressed.  I would with enthusiasm recommend him to anyone.  Also, he had a 20% off, so we had it Scotch Guarded.  He has a 30 day guarantee if someone spills and there is a spot, he'll come back and clean it at no cost.  
I like this guy's work ethic, friendliness, and willingness to be certain we are satisfied.  Call him, you won't regret it.  He's local and does the work himself.  We have had him before and always have been pleased.  

I contacted the company via email and received a call back from Chad, the owner, the same day a few hours later.  He was able to come out 2 days later to provide a free quote and was very knowledgeable about carpets and honest about what would and would not come out.  I decided to go with Royal Treatment and we set a date about 2 weeks later.  Chad showed up on time and worked efficiently and very quietly to clean the carpets.  They had not been professionally cleaned in several years and with 3 kids and a dog, the change was amazing.  He was able to remove a stain in my son's bedroom that I though for sure was not going anywhere.  The carpet looked so much better, I think we can hold off a while on replacing it.  My husband and I were very impressed with the results.  Chad was polite and professional throughout the entire process and even called to follow up and see if we were pleased with the service.

Royal Treatment saved our WHITE sofa, chair and ottoman,  Someone had spilled tea, more than once on our furniture.  Royal Treatment was able to make our 10-year-old, tea-stained, white furniture look new again.  In some cases treating the material overnight and returning.  Truly miraculous and really customer focused.  
On a later service call, Royal Treatment was able to remove a ground-in peanut butter stain in a brand-new couch in another room (somehow a niece had managed that one - maybe peanut butter).

I couldn't be happier. There were stains from enamel paint (my son's paint had gotten out of control) that I didn't think would come out. The carpeting looks beautiful now, No paint stains. On other places where there was just normal wear and dirt, the carpet looks good. The service arrived on time. They handled my furniture better than I would have. Reasonable price.
