Please beware of this contractor. We have been left with unfinished work and now have a deck the he will not honor the 1 year warranty and replace the faulty boards. Here is a list of some of the things that we had to deal with: -Wouldn’t show for work or even call to let us know he wasn’t coming. -Unprofessional estimates and written communication filled with horrible spelling and punctuation. If you can’t handle autocorrect don’t conduct business with your cell phone. -It took several weeks to obtain a quote. We should have taken that as a sign of things to come. -His estimate for removing a shed, garden area, and all landscaping/mulch for the year was lumped together as 32 hours of work. After a lot of aggravation with no shows or calls and leaving my yard full of nails, only the shed was removed. The rest of the work was not completed and we no longer wanted him to do it. He then stated that he wanted paid for 22 hours of work. To remove a shed?! We generously estimated that it took him 5 hours but ended up paying him for 11 hours. When we did argue the amount he quickly threated to put a lien on our home and send us to collections. -I have messages where he promised to honor the warranty on our deck, but now he no longer will respond to my emails asking when the repairs will be done.

Efficient crew came in and in two days I had new and beautiful carpet laid. Trusted source and I had no qualms about leaving my house key with this team.
