Orkin Pest Control

After a month, only one mouse was caught. Prior to Orkin I had been trapping 1-2 mice a night. The technician Josh Jeffers did a great job. He was very professional and cleaned up when he was done.

Danny fixed the problem. We knew what you take care of the problem. We purchased a year of service. They come on a regular schedule and will come out when ever we need service. Danny is wonderful !

They get rid of my bugs.  They show up when they say they're going to.

They are responsive to my needs, do a good job treating for pest control, they're effective, and I'm happy with them. 

They were nice and efficient. They did make a follow up call also.

I really liked them but did not end up using them for the service.  The guy was very good, they were my second choice.

It’s the consistency with them that I have been using them for years. People who were staying here before used to have an annual contract with them for $22 and that’s how I used them because there were crickets in the house and I started using their services for pest control. I would rate them high overall. I would continue to use their services in the future.

The person that comes out is super and always on time. I think it is just expensive and I may consider using a cheaper service.

We took a contract with them for about a year and I think the first visit was about $120. They were excellent and we could not give them a higher rating. They were very good and we thought that their pricing was very fair. We will absolutely well intend to use them from now on.

Overall it didn’t turn out well. They didn’t do the job well and so we adopted a cat. I called and informed them that we still had mice. They did nothing about it and we discontinued their service. I would probably not use their services again in the future.

We had problems with carpenter ants and they sent someone out to deal with it. We chose to have them come out every other month for a year. If we have any problem with any kind of pest, they come out and solve it. We do spend $75 every couple of months for what ever that is. The job went very good. It is nice to have someone who does the good work and that lasts for long. They will ask you for problems and they will look into that and they look for things and they try to handle thing without you even knowing that it was a problem. If there is some problem, they are usually there within 24 hours. I cannot judge them compared to others on pricing, but I think they are worth the money.

They were speedy and there was no charge.

Took a few days to take, no more ants but they have moved to other parts of the yard. Still an issue.

They send me a letter with their scheduled appointment. I get the same technicians every time, which is good. After they spray if you see any bugs within the next few days they come and spray again. I am very satisfied with them.

They come on time and when they re supposed to. They are very professional and they have uniforms. They are very conscientious the pets in my house. Their price is reasonable. They explain everything to me and I would recommend them.

The first treatment was in March 2007, and I signed a contract for follow-up monthly treatments which would then become bi-monthly. The first call went without incident, and the treatments were pre-scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month (until the treatments would go to the bi-monthly schedule). I received a call on Tuesday morning of the appointment date stating that the technician could not make it that day and that the call would be rescheduled for the same time the following Wednesday. The technician was a 'no show' so I called the manager, who offered a free treatment to remain as a customer. I accepted, with the understanding that the technician would have to come at the committed-to time and date. The technician showed up outside of the scheduled time window (but I suppose I should be happy that they at least showed up this time). This is a perfect example of terrible customer service. They couldn't even show up on time for the rescheduled appointment.

We have a regular exterminator- Dave. Very nice, knowledgeable, and quick. This may be a large corporation, but you are treated kindly.

THEY ARE VERY NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY SEEMED TO DO A GREAT JOB. WE ARE NOW ON A MAINTENANCE PROGRAM WITH THEM.

THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS THAT WE HAD A MOUSE AND THEY DIDN'T CATCH IT. THEY TOOK CARE OF OUR ANT PROBLEM.

THEY ARE A PLUS.
