Environmentally safe products are desired to remove and eliminate all harmful chemicals and air particles,making each product as gentle on people/pets as it is on earth. BEWARE! I had an agreement with this company to clean my sister's home a total of 4 times (spreadsheets, word docs, emails, phone conversations). The owner of this company continued to clean my sister's house beyond our 4 time agreement (my sister had no idea when the and quot;gift of servicesand quot; ended) and thus continued to charge my debit card 13 times. I'm in the midst of filing a fraud claim with my bank, plan to report this company to the attorney general, and after discussion with counsel, my attorney believes I can easily win a small claims 'breach of contract' judgement. What is even more unfortunate about this situation is that I didn't want to have to do any of this. I gave the owner the opportunity to make good on this, admit the oversight, discontinue services with my sister (unless THEY agreed to a DIFFERENT and SEPARATE agreement in which MY CARD would no longer be charged of course) repay me per our agreement (4 times, not 13), and it would all be over. She elected to ignore me, so I am moving forward with the aforementioned actions.

We have not avoided you as you were CC on emails that we sent your sister. "homeowner" We Nature's Essence Green Cleaning do not service any home for free. You nor your sister never called to stop payment or to change CC # on file. You never signed and returned our client guide to service as your sister did binding her to any charges after gift was given. Your sister new of each and every cleaning due to ETA sent via email. If a gift was given how would she not know when cleanings ended?? We serviced home and we needed to get paid. We charged CC# on file as would any company. Service was barely cancelled only because you called your sister to complain why was she still getting serviced. Towards end of your sister's gift. You should've called office to stop CC charges. No one stopped service or changed CC on file. We run a professional service and do not charge cards once serviced is called in to stop. Which you nor your sister did. This seems more like a family fued of betrayal."

Bottom line: I would not recommend this company to anyone who really
cares about their house and also expects to have a good customer service
if something goes wrong, because errors and mistakes can happen but as a
customer you expect a and quot;seriousand quot; and well rated Company to respond and be responsible for the
damage caused by the employees, if for minor mistakes Natures Essence
Green cleaning does not respond as they should, don't expect more.
As per this company response- now they try to contact a customer after so long just when a review is posted about their bad service- and because as the owner says: it affects their and quot;ratingand quot;-, rather than worrying on your rating, my advice is to make sure you follow up on all your customers on time and take responsibility on damages. Your response by that time was unprofessional and not taking all responsibility -as just now- (it was more than a scrat on the floor), we do not need to say things are not true, and we do not intend to affect your business; simply this is a community were customers are in need to find reliable companies and good service as well, and at the same time we as customers want to be aware of other customers experience with A or B company, it's the customer's choice and decision in the end to hire a company or not. As for us, please do not worry calling (my husband is too busy at work, -and after all this time we do not see the reason why bother calling), we closed this chapter now.

"Hi Customer, After reviewing our records for a week now. We do not have you in our system as contact for address listed above besides your husband. We have not serviced your home since Aug 31st 2010. The only person we had contact was with your husband. We also have record of one complaint of a small scratch on floor where your chairs did not have felt covers. My Partner Peter called your husband and also went and took our own pic of area. We also offered to fix floor even though it wasn't something we did. Your husband denied. I kindly ask that you check your records to see who was the last cleaning service in home back in March 2011. This review is/can affect our ratings and also discrediting our company. Nature's Essence Green Cleaning strives to give all of our clients 100% customer satisfaction and always rectifies any complaints that come in to our office. I attempted to call your husband and he refused to speak to me."

The initial clean was amazing and we have been very happy with the monthly cleaning services. Maria's team really does a fabulous job. My wife is very picky when it comes to cleaning the house and this was the only company we researched and talked to that would clean all of the things we wanted cleaned. We have Nature's Essence clean our house once a month and we are very happy we chose Maria's company. If you want an amazing top-to-bottom clean, this is the company you should be calling. Tell Maria that you want her team to make you just as happy as Mike and Christin.

I called them to come, clean the house, as I am bedridden, disabled, and my husband has been burning the candle at both ends. All the materials they use are non-toxic, the fumes are not heavy, it is environmentally friendly, and safe to pour down the drainage system. The price is competitive, too. Maria and Peter are the owners of the company, they are so diligent to make their clients happy, make sure the people in your home are trustworthy, and safe in your home. They educated us on the materials we could use in our home and made it safe enough for me not to have to wear a mask.
