If you just want a quick clean that varies in quality, then this company is acceptable. However, I just don't think
the essence of the problem is understood. It seems that inexperience-cleaning staff are used and a supervisor/quality check is not performed on a regular basis to ensure quality. The cleaning service is good when a supervisor does a quality check and has them fix missed items- though a few items are still left out. That is a company decision to omit that quality check service, but it is reflected in the quality of service and subsequent dissatisfaction. After numerous problems with every clean, they offered
to set up and use a checklist, but once a checklist was implemented, it was still not used properly. The checklist is pointless unless
each item is checked to confirm it has been done before checking it off the list - items were checked off, but not done.
I constantly had problems with inconsistency, and items not done. Notes were not taken such as how to find the trashcan in the cabinet or how to open the couch to vacuum under it. I had to tell them over and over again. Our vertical venetian blind were left
physically appearing disheveled and tangled, and also not functioning properly. When I looked in the sink it is visible not finished - polish not wiped down, towels are rarely straightened, and the bed was never well made until I stressed that it must be done. These reflect a lack of professionalism which I expect to see from a professional cleaning service. The toilet bowl was often not cleaned under the rim, they only cleaned what you could see without a closer inspection. Again, a cursory clean is all you get.
Their response time is slow, and don?t try to reach them after 4:30pm because they are gone whichmakes it very hard to contact them when you get home after work to get the guaranteed service within 24 hours. The response to my concerns has always been that it will be better next time. I am paying for a quality service that is not received, and better next time doesn't come.
The below was my initial experience posted back in August 2012....
I tried this company because I found them on Angie's list. I told the owner that is why. I kiddingly said, so I hope you know to provide me with a great service so I don't have to post negative comments. The first cleaning was horrible, no quality check, no attention to detail. The response to improve was good, but it takes soooo much of my time to notify and explain all the problems and then have them come back and interrupt my day. I tried really hard to avoid posting negative comments on here, but alas, I must. The second and third clean was much better with the third one being great. The fourth one today was back down to barely acceptable. I call and get the 800 service and told I will get a call back tomorrow, that is so contrary to the way they say if you have any problems give us a call. I just don't get it, - you should put your best foot forward, then if you get a second chance take it and make it right, then once you please the customer, don't let the service drop again. I would like to give them another chance, but this is the last time. Please call.

As a great majority of our customers say that we meet or exceed their expectations, we are sorry we cannot meet yours. If you decide to keep us as your home service provider ,we will extend our efforts to meet your expectations. It is our sincerest wish that whoever services your home does provide you with the service you expect. It may be difficult to find another company that cares more about their customers than we do, but if we continue to not meet your expectations we certainly will understand if you wish to find another home service provider."
I was told that two hours was standard for a one-bedroom apartment and that my home would receive a "top to bottom, left to right cleaning."
When I inspected the place after the cleaners left I found dust on two different shelves. A blind had been knocked down and not put back into place. The floors hadn't been mopped. There was visible dirt at the edges of both the bathroom and kitchen floors. The kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned and the cleaners left a sponge and cleaning brush sitting in it.
When I left feedback, they did offer to come the next business day (Monday) and reclean any area where I wasn't satisfied. But I was having company on Saturday, so that wouldn't have done any good.
