Marcus and his crew were prompt, polite and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service. They were pleasant in their manner and patiently answered any questions and addressed all concerns efficiently. The Carpet was installed in the time promised with superior workmanship by himself and his crew. In addition, their manner in getting the rooms prepared for the Carpet installation and moving furniture was professional and they replaced every item in the room as well after the Carpeting was installed and the whole job went quite smoothly. We are very pleased with the Carpeting and it looks beautiful.  Whomever hires Marcus and his crew will be very satisfied and the entire process from start to finish will be executed in a professional  manner with all the details completed as well by Maxwell Carpet Sales and Installation with reasonable and competitive pricing.

They did a nice job.  They did take a bit longer as he brought his sons with him.  The were very good with scheduling and they were very nice to work with.

The carpet was the quality I expected and service was excellent.  Today I am pleased that I choose Maxwell's company.

The service was professional and very affordable. Mr. Maxwell came to my home and measured my rooms and quoted me right on the spot. I was able to select my carpet color and styles from the provided sample books. The next Tuesday, my carpet was installed. I was extremely satisfied with the high quality of work. I can tell that there is a lot of dedication towards customer satisfaction. My bedrooms look great. I will have them install carpet in my basement, in the near future. I have already referred Maxwell Carpet Sales & Installation to all my co-workers!
