MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM TO TAKE MORE TIME WITH STAINS IN THE CARPETING. THEY GLOSSED OVER A COUPLE OF OBVIOUS STAINS; I HAD TO ASK THEM TO GO BACK AND USE A STAIN REMOVER SOLUTION. THEY WOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT IF I DIDN'T ASK THEM. THEY USED A PORTABLE MACHINE BECAUSE THE APT. IS ON THE 8TH FLOOR. THE MACHINE WASN'T POWERFUL ENOUGH TO SUCK UP ALL OF THE WATER SO NOW THEY ARE COMING BACK TO CLEAN A COUPLE OF AREAS THAT NOW HAVE BROWN WATER STAINS. THEY DID, HOWEVER, PROMPTLY CALL ME BACK AFTER I CALLED THEM ABOUT THESE STAINS.

THE MAN WHO DID THE CLEANING RECOMMENDED HAVING THE CARPETS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED ONCE A YEAR. HE ALSO TOLD ME HOW TO HAND PET STAINS BETWEEN CLEANINGS.

WE WERE MOVING OUT OF AN APARTMENT SAND THE APARTMENT WAS EMPTY. THE CARPET WAS VERY DIRTY AND HAD SEVERAL DIFFICULT STAINS AND GLUE FROM WORKMEN REPAIRING THE KITCHEN LINOLEUM. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED.
