Marty showed up on time and got right to work. He finished handing the blinds and four frames in less than an hour, then asked if I needed anything else because he still had some time left. He then fixed a broken closet door in a few minutes and didn't charge me anything extra for it.

He arrived on time, asked me what needed to be done, and went to work immediately. He did not feel any time with Small talk. He was very professional the entire time he was in my home. I asked him for estimates for additional work that I may have done in the future. I would not hesitate to use them again.

He called the manufacturer of the keyless entry lock to indicate a problem. He described himself as a technician which I believe utimately convinced the manufacturer to send me a new product even though the product was purchased two years ago and I did not have a receipt.

He did everything I asked and was very pleasant to deal with, but generally I was not thrilled with the quality of work. He neglected to measure the window blind before removing it to lower it, so not lowered enough. New storm door handle catches up on door frame (old one never did before). Started to cut carpet pad holding it in his hand over the carpet, before I asked him if he needed a straightedge and board to cut on (which he had and then got).

He went right to work and completed the job with time to spare. When he finished ahead of time he asked if there was anything else he could do, which I think is very good customer service. He then looked into another Plumbing issue I was having and gave me an estimate for if i were to invite him back. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I have used Marty's services for painting, patching, fixing a leaking sink, fixing a broken outdoor lamp, and removing hardware out of the wall. After having him over one time on a job and being highly impressed with the job done right, I have decided to call him again and hire him for other jobs. So far so good!!
