We found the best installer we've ever had in JRE Carpet Service! We had a different, well-known area flooring company install new carpeting at our home a while back. They left fraying edges on 18 feet of entry space into our kitchen and foyer. I should name that company but I won’t. We couldn’t believe they left edges like that, and with the carpet sunken lower than the tiles. When we brought it up they tried to charge us to come out with tapered carpet ‘ramps’ to raise the floor and rework the carpeting. We told them the right thing to do would have been to have figured out the need for them in the first place. We didn’t trust them at that point so we asked around. That's when we found the best installer we’ve ever had in JRE Carpet Service, who was recommended to us by a builder friend that we know.
