+ -1 moreJR's Landscaping provided landscaping services in spring of 07. Planted three trees: one successfully (Spruce), one died after two months (spruce) and one tipped over (magnolia). Had to pull out the dead tree. Planted 9 shrubs. Each looks worse than the next. The quality of the shrubs he selected were so poor, they look like garbage in my yard. Will be pulling all out next season and replacing on my own. Layed down mulch successfully, though forgot to lay mulch in one large area of my yard. After repeated phone calls to assure me he would return, Jose quit returning phone calls. The worst was the sod. First application died immediately. Jose came out and replaced. Died again immediately. Had another landscape group come out and they said JR didn't know what they were doing. Repeated calls to JR (literally a couple of dozen) went unanswered, unreturned and ignored. Tried to explain his work was dying or of such poor quality I had to replace on my own.
Description of Work: Planted trees, planted shrubs, mulch, edged flowerbeds, planted sod. JR "guarantees" services and plants for 1 yr. After trees, shrubs and sod died immediately, Jose the owner wouldn't return phone calls to replace based on warranty. Warranty is a fraud.
