My overall experience with them has been positive.  The owner is very approachable and they are responsive.

Green view created a beautiful plan for my yard. I paid to have a plan drawn up for the back and side yards, but my designer made a plan for the front yard as well (free of charge). The plan was well worth it! I chose to implement only part of the plan because that was what I could afford at the time. I plan to implement more of the plan at a later date. The work was done during the day, and when I came home from work everything was completed and looked perfect. The workers left no waste and did not disturb anything else in the yard. This work was done a year ago and all of the plans still look beautiful.

I have used them in the past. The quality of their work is good and they have always done a good job. They are punctual, responsive and professional. I was satisfied with their service.

I hired them back in October of 2008 and have yet to receive a completed design from them. I met with several different companies that provide landscape design only and chose Green View, and Todd specifically, because I thought he would best be able to execute my vision for the yard. At this initial meeting, I told Todd what we liked and didn't like in terms of look and plant types. After more than 5 months without any word on how things were progressing, I called for an update and was told that they hadn't started it yet because they thought I wanted to wait until spring to do the plan, even though at our initial meeting I told Todd that I wanted to do the plan now so we were ready to go in the spring. It took another 4 weeks to get a rough plan to review. Once I got the initial plan to review, there were several things in the plan that I had already told him we would not consider and didn't like (enclosing our front yard with a shrub "fence", pine trees, etc.). My husband and I reviewed the plan, and I met with him to discuss our changes. At this meeting, he told me that he could have the revisions completed by the time we got back from vacation (a week and a half). Well, we have been back from vacation for 3 weeks, I have left repeated messages, and have yet to get a call back OR a completed landscape design. Further, the only appointment that he arrived on time for was the initial interview when I was interviewing companies to do the design. Every appointment since hiring him, he has been late - one time more than 2 hours late, not calling until 20 minutes before he showed up to let me know he was running late! As of right now, I have left my final message before asking for my money back. I chose this company because I thought Todd understood what my vision and needs were and would be able to execute a design that met both of those in a timely fashion. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would take 9 months to "complete", when in fact it still remains incomplete after 9 months.

Best contractor I've ever hired. Top service at no disruption. They came when they were supposed to, did a fantastic job, AND cleaned up after themselves. They did exactly what the contract was agreed upon and executed the plans perfectly. My lawn care person came and left me a note about "what an incredible job job the landscapers had done!"

We visited several nurseries in our area, only to find high prices, mostly dead stock, and non-existent service. Scott, our salesman, was informative, patient, and honest. We did not know what kind of tree we wanted or if we should buy now or wait for spring. He was able to really narrow it down for us and did not rush us at all. They called JULIE for us, and delivered the tree two days after JULIE marked our yard. The crew that delivered it worked fast, treated me nicely, and left absolutely no debris in the yard.

They did an excellent job! Todd Pope provided a design that incorporated our needs and budget (he listened carefully to what we wanted). Todd provided good advice on picking trees suitable for our location. The team arrived on time, allowed us to change some of the details during the work, cleaned up the work area each day, and provided us with clear directions on how to care for the new sod and trees. They used good quality plantings, the sod is in good shape after 3 weeks. Green View was not the lowest price, but they did a great job!
