They have been doing our lawn maintenance for years now and have great customer service. Indy is always on top of making time to hear out our new ideas and coming back with new designs. We decided to update our backyard July 2017 with a new patio and he did above and beyond. His team is respectful, on time, professional, and hard workers. Planning on using them for years to come! I hired this contractor after being referred to them from my handyman.  I thought the price was a bit high but we do have a large property and a lot of trees as well.  So I was ok paying the price given what needed to be done.  We had an agreement in writing that they would split the work between fall and spring and the payments would be split as well.  I told him which trees I wanted to trim which included our two willow trees and which to trim as well.  We walked the property and I pointed out what I wanted done and based the price on that. 

When he and his team arrived they started the clean up and trimming the trees.  Right away I was afraid I made a mistake hiring him.  He trimmed my neighbors trees instead of mine to begin with.  When I told him, he laughed it off and said that they were hanging over so that's why he trimmed them.The trees on our property that he did trim are now oddly shaped.  He was supposed to get rid of the dead branches in my willow trees which he didn't.  When I questioned him on it, he said that he was only going to raise the hanging branches and not get rid of the dead branches.  I had to call him back at least 3 times to finish the work he said he was going to do.  Every time, there was something that he didn't finish.  His response was always that it was a misunderstanding on my part.

We had agreed to split the work between fall and spring but he decided to do it all in the fall without discussing it with me.  He basically did what he wanted to do without any discussion with me.  We had everything written down as well and he didn't honor that.  When he said he was done,  there were leaves still all over my lawn.  I asked about that and he said that he did the best he could do and left it at that.  There are still things, like trimming the bushes, that needed to be done.  In the spring I ended up hiring someone else to finish the work and do the spring clean up. 

I would never recommend this provider to anyone.
