Our home was heavily wind and water damaged on June 20, 2021, from a tornado that went through Naperville, Illinois as well as other western suburbs. Our entire roof, siding and gutter systems required complete removal and replacement before any of the interior water damage restoration work could even begin to be started. As a result of the damages, we forced to move-out of our home. While we worked with our insurance company to establish the full extent of tornado damages and associated costs to our home which took a considerable amount of time, we had occasion to watch Global Exterior Experts already in action restoring a nearby home around the corner from our home. Having recently retired from 40 years of commercial project construction management I was impressed with the way they managed and professionally performed the exterior restoration work. The workforce assigned to complete this exterior restoration project was most definitely sufficient and workmanship excellent – which immediately prompted me seek out Global Exterior Experts to restore our home. In my first meeting I met with Global Exterior Experts Sales Manager. Having learned of his extensive background and experience working initially as a tradesperson on roofing, siding and gutter systems work throughout his years of working for Global Exterior Experts, I was impressed to be collaborating with a professional who knew not only how to get the work done properly but who was exceptionally customer service driven working with both prospective and current customers. Aaron explained Global Exterior Experts entire process in detail in a truly clear, professional, and transparent manner. During our conversations I was extremely confident and knew that the professional restoration services offered by Global Exterior Experts were exactly what was needed to restore both our home and to begin to resume our family’s life again. Global Exterior Experts entire team from sales manager, estimating/contracts, production and Jobsite Foreman were all outstanding and always maintained constant communication during the project – which was truly a team effort. All Global’s onsite tradespersons were highly skilled, well trained internally by Global, professional, and were respectful of always working on our home. Immediately upon completion of the exterior restoration work a walk-through inspection of the work was performed and any items requiring attention were immediately addressed. Our family is most definitely fortunate to have had Global Exterior Experts restore our home.

They have been out 6 times to repair the “new” roof. Leaked through the roof in my garage on the first rain and looked like someone was pouring a water bottle out. They came and replaced the drywalled ceiling in my garage but not till I argued that they didn’t want to pay for the entire thing and just patch it after I was promised that they were going to replace it. Lousy experience I was a roofer for 8 years and I would never allow this to happen. None of my roofs leaked. They replaced a section of gutter that was horrid and they fixed they didn’t properly nail fascia down and left an inch gap. Put the metal for roof to wall backwards so water didn’t run off it ran into house. I would stay far away from Global. I was told from the salesman that sold me the roof named Edwin that they “try to get it perfect but nobody is. Sometimes they leak” That should be the motto. STAY AWAY! Horrible experience then had the nerve to come and demand a check for the remaining $2,000. I would’ve been mortified if I were them. Spread the word please so nobody has to experience anything else like these so called “roofers”. They are strictly insurance chasers. It’s a shame and a scam.

Professional work and very well done. In fact the insurance company came by and after seeing their work recommended Global Exteriors to some of their customers.

We hired Global Exterior Experts to come out and do both our roof and siding. The pricing was very competitive and after two days the project was complete. They did a great job and I also referred him to my neighbor. My neighbor was also able to get the roof replaced. I must say my house looks completely new after it was redone by Global Exterior Experts. I’ll definitely hire them again in the future.

Everything went well. Roof was replaced along-with gutters, downspouts and any siding affected. Very nice and punctual service. Also, gave us after installation warranty which provides peace of mind. Will recommend to anyone needing roofing work.

We were looking for a roof professional after we got approved from our insurance company. We choose Global not only because of the efficient and informative communication as well as their passion and confidence. Global helped us replace the roof, skylight, and painted the exterior sidings, every single detail of the project has been taken care of. From the beginning to the end, their service and communication are second to none!

I would definitely use Global for my future projects. At first I thought their prices were high but after comparing to other companies they were comparable or better. The quality of their work is good and I received a warranty. The roof was an insurance claim and everything was done according to code.

Global was punctual and professional. They were competitive in pricing and the service people were knowledgeable. They replaced leg boots, shingles and secured nails that were loose.
