I bought a open box unit they said was new. 3 weeks of being hung up on and waiting for techs, a geek squad guy finally arrives and while working on the unit something else broke and spilled water all over my kitchen hardwoood floors. The tech told me the unit is four years old....I was told by salesperson it was brand new and returned because it didnt fit. I confronted best buy and the assistant store manger told me "its not uncommon for us to sell a discontinued model from four years ago" He appoligized and said i shouldnt have been told it was new but he couldnt replace it with a new model without me paying the full price. I told him because of their fraud I had been without a dishwasher for 3 weeks, water all over my floor, my time to install and uninstall twice, and still no working unit. Finally after 30 mins they agree to replace it with something "new". The delivery company finally called me today and said friday 5-7pm or sometime next week that is all we have. Horrible, I was hung up on several times, when all said and done it will be a month with no working dishwasher. As I have lookied on Angies list now and other sites, seems Im not the only one being frauded by best buy. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a lot of trouble with them. It was to be installed over the oven. They came 3 times trying to install it. The problem was that they brought 3 different machines that were defective. Eventually it worked out but it was very frustrating. They gave a discount on the price of the microwave for all the problems. It cost us $175 to have it installed. The installation was handled by another company. Once the installation was done, the guy was terrific. He was very quick. Best Buy supplied 3 machines and they were seriously dented. Every time the installation did not take place, I thought I could just call them but I had to go back to the store. It was very frustrating. The punctuality was terrific. They were always here when they said they would be here. I would probably use them in the future because the price was good and the installers made a tremendous effort.

The sales people have always seemed very pushy. They seem to always be there asking you questions, from the time that I walk into the door until I leave. However they do have a good selection of products.
