Everseal Basement

We are so impressed with Everseal. They installed a sump pump and interior drainage tiles in our basement in March of 2021. The job took only four days. The employees worked extremely hard to install the pump, interior drain tiles and window well drains. The young men, who removed debris from the basement in buckets and returned with fresh cement, literally ran in and out of the house to complete the job. They were amazing. They then brought their own hose to wash down any residue on our sidewalk and driveway. They took great care to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum. As they broke up the concrete floor, they used a powerful exhaust fan that vented to the outside through one of our basement windows. For additional protection, they wrapped the furnace with plastic sheets and hung plastic sheets around the basement enclosing the work area. They then made a tunnel with plastic from the basement door to the upstairs front door. Yes, there was dust that reached the upstairs. But, without their careful concern for our home, it could have been much worse. After the project was finished, we washed our walls upstairs and they were fine. The dust that reached the upstairs was easily cleaned.   They were price competitive and always went the extra mile to answer our questions.  A month after the installation, they returned to install a gasket and aluminum strips around the flange in the area where we do occasional woodworking. They did not charge for this service. And, they kept a vacuum operating to capture the dust while they were drilling the small holes in the concrete. The results look great. They also removed their shoes before entering our home and then wore booties to keep the dirt in the basement. Again, it is their attention to detail that sets them apart from others.  Everseal is a top notch company and deserves an A++ rating!

Quick turnaround on a quote request and job was done within a week. Found an additional crack near the sump pump that we addressed as well. Very satisfied with service and would hire again for sure. Thanks guys!

Well! Owner was very personable and knowledgeable. His workers were polite and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies!

The guys with Everseal were awesome! Did everything in three days. The receptionist was very nice too, she would call and let me know what was being done and when. They cleaned up and touched up anything that needed to be done.

The installation of the drain tiles, sump pump with the buried drain pipe to the street and window well installation went well. The pipe leak is the only issue that caused the quality score to go down. I had offered to get a plumber in to fix the issue, but they told me they could fix the problem. The first person they had try to do the pipe repair informed me that he wasn't a plumber.after he came back because the pipe was leaking two days later, but they did get an actual plumber and he was in and out in 30 minutes, whereas the first gentleman took over 1/2 a day to try to fix it. The punctuality issue was another issue, as we are a business, and they would say they would be there at 9 but not get there until 10 or 10:30, and then didn't understand why I wouldn't stay past five so they could complete their work. Their half hour more always turned into 1-2 hours later.

They did a good job and the price was reasonable. The workers were very nice, neat, and thorough. After they finished sealing the cracks, they made sure to clean up after themselves and it looked like they were never there. I would highly recommend them.

They found the source of my water leaking in. They fixed the problem and then sealed it. They also put in a sump pump. They tore out some plaster board to get rid of a mold issue as well. It looks fantastic.
