They cut tile in our bathroom without covering the vents. Dust was everywhere and my wife had to go to the doctor. I would come home and grout would be all over our stairs as well as on some rugs. They would put used paint cans on top of our brand new carpet as well as pouring left over water from the tile cutter all over our driveway. He also "adjusted" his estimate several times on the higher end because he said "he didn't realize........". Also, he or his "crew" broke the knobs on our whirlpool tub and declined responsibility. After further discussion, he FINALLY admitted it. Then he cut a hole in our wall behind the tub so that the knobs could be fixed. After eight weeks of constantly calling him(he would rarely return our calls)to fix the knobs, he finally fixed them but said he would "patch" the wall at a different time. After 12 weeks of constantly calling him (shouldn't he call us and schedule it?) to fix the big hole in our wall, we have given up.
