From start to finish my experience with Jesse , Sylvia and Eduardo at Certa Pro was outstanding. My calls and emails were promptly answered. Lastly and most important the work was worthy of the 5stars. The attention to detail and effort to make everything right actually exceeded my expectations

Very clean and professional service. Any touch up painting they returned promptly the next day. We gave them access to our house when we were gone the entire week and came back to a great result.

I am sorry to say that we had the work done and we were not pleased. Eric Rodriquez is great. But he provided a lot of lip service. Four guys came to my house on a Friday @ 7:30am. They began right away. They were finished at 12:45pm. It looked beautiful from far away. As you came closer, work was sloppy and quick. The four guys DIDNOT clean up after themselves. They used my water to clean their brushes on my lawn. There were endless paint drips throughout the exterior of the house. It was totally unprofessional. Messy and not careful. One of the guys placed their ladder against the house a little too hard and put a hole in the siding. SAD!

Awesome customer service! They are flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable with their prices! They even did a few things extra without charging. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again. Thanks Bob and Jason.

Certapro was very competitive with their pricing and project duration. When you want your entire house interior painted, you want them in and out as quickly as possible. The crew was very professional and courteous and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Communications with the sales rep was a bit spotty - he would disappear for days at times without returning phone calls or emails. Certapro also offers interest-free financing which is great if you're looking at a large project running into the $1000s.

They were very polite, positive, but very sloppy. They got paint on my vinyl trim, and on a screen. There is an arch over my front door and over laundry room that we not painted. I had to paint them. Worked extremly fast.

CertaPro, specifically Lucas and his crew, did a tremendous job on our home. The finished product absolutely exceeded our expectations and it is a true pleasure to walk into each and every newly painted room of our home. Lucas and his crew were some of the most professional and enjoyable I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my home. Everyone on Lucas� team was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a genuine pleasure to have around! They paid the utmost attention to every detail and the result was exceedingly gratifying. We will definitely hire CertaPro in the future and we will absolutely recommend their services.
