Tom Smith gave an excellent and honest evaluation of every situation and gave us options to the various problems.He performed the work as promised and made sure everything was in proper working order and area clean after he finished.
We had had several contractors give us estimates for work necessary to improve heating in our house and they were either overpriced or over complex or both. Tom provided us with just what we needed at very competitive prices.
From the time I called him to the moment he finished the work, I was kept informed on all aspects of the job.
I had discovered a leak from our water heater on a Thanksgiving weekend and called Tom. He came to replace it the first available business day and saved us from having to have no hot water (or any water, since we had to shut off the main water valve for the hot water heater's main water valve was not shutting off).

After the project, we spent two thousand less dollars than another estimate we got. It was a great deal. He's great. He comes in on time. His availability is great. He does a great job, so I would highly recommend him. He is very methodical. He knows what he's doing.

He did the job really well and nice and clean. It works really well. He came back the following week to make sure that everything was operating fine. The other thing he wanted to show me was how to clean the clean effects filter. He came by at no charge. He also helped us with our separate heating system in our sunroom because our water heater was consuming way too much power. He came out with an idea of getting one that would cut our power in half. We've been very happy with him. We priced two other companies and one of the companies wanted to charge us $2000 more for the same system. Bulldog Heating & Cooling charged us $2000 less. He returns calls and he is honest.

Tom is very accommodating, clean, wants to please you. He works hard for you. The very first time he came to see my unit, he went out and bought a new filter for me and I did not even call him about this. If you ask him for help on your unit, he is there as soon as possible. He spends a lot of time showing us how to use our thermostat.

My air conditioner is on the older side, and I like to take care of it. I called Bull Dog to come and give my unit a good cleaning. It was very difficult to get into the crawl space, but he did it. He discovered that the filter needed replacing, and he left to go buy me a new one! This was WAY beyond what I was expecting! He finished the maintenance on my unit, which was also done well. He let me know that he was available in the future ANYTIME I needed him for an entire year for the price of $160- this included the price for the work he had just done. This is a fantastic value! He is a very pleasant person to be around. It's nice to do business with someone that really cares.

I have used him in the past and he is nice and friendly. I have recommended him to family and friends. I will continue to use him.
