Billy's Pro Painting and House Wash

This review was written by my wife, but I concur. Dear Homeowners! As the remodeling season is about to start in full swing, I rush to announce that I have found an honest, good, neat, and quick interior painter! Billy's name and contact info was on Nextdoor.com, our local web site, recommended by his friend. Billy was interested in painting our rather small bedrooms and accommodated a day and time for assessing the project. His free detailed quote was emailed to me the same evening. Billy's proposal said that the work would take him two days. We chose to provide the paint. By the time we met Billy we had already done enough comparative shopping and knew that his quote was very competitive. We decided to hire Billy and wait for his availability, which had a lead time of one month. Now the work has been done. Billy was very disciplined, never late for work, and willing to overcome any obstacles on the way (like borrowing a friend's car while his truck was in the shop). He started earlier than usual to complete the painting in time, was extremely polite, and was responsive to evening contacts via email, texts and voice messages. Billy didn't answer calls or talk on the phone while he was painting. He was very careful about possessions left in the rooms and there was no need to do any touch ups after his painting. He actually corrected mistakes in other areas done by a previous painter. There wasn't any mess during or after Billy's work. He didn't wash tools in the house and he discarded used stuff, which saved a lot of time and contributed to maintaining a clean house. Two days before our start date the Nextdoor.com site posted a warning to check the backgrounds of their site's contractors. I completely agree with importance of this issue and those two days were actually nerve-racking because all I could do was wait and see. Dear Friends, Billy came through beautifully.
