They came out to examine the roof and provided a verbal estimate. Roofer claimed that gutter guard installed used wrong size and would require them to replace the bottom row of shingles around the entire perimeter of the house, along with the right sized gutter guards. No written estimate was provided, but they said they could do the job next day. I have no proof, but do not believe that any of the shingles were actually removed / replaced. I was home during the service and did not hear any shingles being removed, thrown down, or hear shingles being put up. When our roof was originally replaced, it was very noisy and messy with shingles being tossed and new shingles being nailed in. I think all they did was install new gutter guards, but charged me for the job originally quoted. Roofer did not want to provide a receipt, but I requested one before payment. Receipt gave precise footage for gutter guards, and shingles replaced "as needed . Cant help but feel i was ripped off.

The customer service was professional. Response, communication and on time certainly gets 5 stars. Tom was great to work with. He had creative ideas for my exterior. They use high quality materials. I highly recommend Aurora Roofing Inc.

I could not believe the response, they called me before I left the Angi web site and were at the door to inspect scope of repair and provided an estimate within an hour. The repair was done that afternoon. The quality of the work was great. The owner of the business, Jeff had super customer service skills. I highly recommend Aurora Roofing.

Experienced roofers with good customer service. They thoroughly examined the roof and provided an honest appraisal of the condition on options to address issues. The new roof and repairs to the gutters and downspout were completed in one day. The cleanup was very good and the new roof looks great.

Reasonable and quick.

Just needed a vent cap installed on my roof for a new bathroom vent that was being vented through my ridge vent. Aurora Roofing was on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Would hire again.

He didnâ t show up on time. Was three hours late. Charged a rediculous amount of money to patch our roof. I never want this guy on our property again.
