Rolando Flores removed the door and ripped off the door frame; Rolando F. installed a new door leaving it undone, without door frame. He said just going to paint over the exterior wood trim so I asked different question resulted to power wash prior to. If you dont know anything about the work needs to be done Rolando F. will do a lousy job and you have to supervise them the whole time or you will regret hiring him. They skipped some spots/areas to be painted. They clean up and threw their dirts in my front yard. Left wood pieces in my deck. Unprofessional. Especially if you are a WIDOW do not trust Rolando F to do anything for you. He just took away my baluster on his way out saying he is going to fix it. Then when I ask him to return them he says "I dont have it. It is not in the warehouse" in a monotone cold robotic voice. Evil. Asked too many personal questions like if I have a brother, parents where, how much is this hse, my mortgage, what time Im home on what days, etc. My son has disability. He offered me to use the warehouse for my storage. So much more, call me. Numerous times didnt show up when he says he will the same day. Skill is below-average. No star. Rude too.

Did not complete the job on time and had to be let go off the project. very lousy work- I will post the pictures for you to understand the quality of work. Flooring work was bad, stained the stairwell after painting and need to re-paint.
