"This customers left a review for my company back on July 12, 2011 with all AAAA ratings, She sees to have forgotten that her check her for payment bounced and was NSF in her account. I am the one that fixed the unit. She is a dead bead that wrote a check for payment and did not have the money in the account. I had to begin court action and filed a police report for theft of service. She seems to have forgotten that issue. Never stated that she needed a larger unit, what she needed was to maintain the one that she had and learn how to manage her money, and stop writing checks when she had only $35.00 in her account at the time. Called her house several times no response, wrote certified letter indicating I would begin a small claims action against her for theft of service and writing a bad check again no response. Still have all the letters that she sent in indicating that she is a single mother and her unemployment check had not arrived. See continued to stall until October of 2011 to get paid. The work was done properly and it was working in the hottest period of the year, It also took till October to finally receive payment.Other contractors stay away from this one."

"The work that was done was on 10/10/11 not 12/16/11. Also cost for cleaning was $69.95 plus $20.00 for new Humidifier filter. I do believe customer does not have the right invoice or used different Company than ours. Numbers do not match only time was on 10/10/2011 and customer signed and dated this invoice as well."
