Description of Work: They have been helping me since January- May. It was $15 per day, but they charge monthly. You can pay in person or online.

Description of Work: I use Always There Concierge Company twice a week. They come out and clean my yard for dog droppings.

Description of Work: We contacted Always There Concierge about daily dog walking service. We just got a new puppy and my wife and I both work. We have them come once a day and walk our dog for 30 minutes. They do a great job and leave us a log of how the walk was, how the dog was and if he pees and poops. We are very happy with the service. They then found out that we had a housecleaning service every three weeks. They offered us a discount over what we were paying and we gave them a shot. They did a great job and they are our new housekeepers!

Description of Work: I work in the city of Chicago and commute from my home in Aurora. We used local services to take care of our girls and it was difficult finding a service that could handle our radical schedule. I used to have neighbors help; but, it was never convenient and I felt bad relying on them. ALWAYS THERE CONCIERGE came to our home to meet our family, talked to us about their routine, provided references, treated the girls as I expected. After I hired them, Holly, the owner, called me to inquire if I had any questions and or feedback. I found that to be extremely important. We have used ALWAYS THERE CONCIERGE now for over a year and LOVE THEM. They leave a note each visit informing me of their arrival, activities, any concerns the walker may have encountered with my girls, are on call for an emergency, spend quality time with my girls, and go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied.

Description of Work: ALWAYS THERE CONCIERGE is a company we found to walk our dogs. We love the service they provided and after talking with Holly, the owner, we found out that they do housecleaning as well. I was shocked. After going through several cleaning companies were communication was truly horrible, improper chemicals were used, broken figurines, different cleaners each time, or areas lacking in a cleaners touch; we decided to give Holly and her team a chance. It was a WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They use organic everyday cleaning products an incredible vacuum and all we have to provide is rags...Because we have to dogs hair is an issue. I cannot stand it...after ALWAYS THERE CONCIERGE comes I really feel hair free and our floors are incredible. They go beyond...upfront you meet with Holly and she will walk the house with you determining your requirements. She provided a proposal and will go into detail on their ability. Holly will also explain what is out of her scope...and you know up front. No secrets, no hidden back stabbing...just a fabulously clean home to come back to after an experience at the office.

Description of Work: Use "Always There Concierge" for dog boarding/sitting. They are responsible, professional people who sincerely love animals. Our dog feels like he has a second family. We go on vacation knowing our pet is loved and well cared for and not exposed to kennel cough, etc. as he would be at a vets. Also use their Pooper Scooper service and they are reliable and professional as always.

Description of Work: Holly watched our two dogs and three cats in our home. She visited four times a day, walked the dogs, cleaned the litter boxes, gave everyone food, water, and medicine. She also took in our mail and watered some hanging plants.
