We've had our vacuum repaired here before and it was fine.
This time I dropped it off Monday. Asked if it would be ready by Friday (since we needed it by then), was told it would be ready by Wed unless it needed parts ordered. I stopped by on Thursday morning to see if it was ready and no, I was told they got swamped and it wasn't ready yet, but it would be done later that day. My husband went to pick it up since we needed it by Friday and he was told it wouldn't be ready until next week. Very poor communication.

I took my steam cleaner in for repair. It had been leaking water out of the bottom. I just got a call from them saying that they could not find a problem, that it is working fine, and that there would be no charge. He said I probably just didn't put the clean water tank on properly. He also replaced a handle that had broken off for free. I told him I really appreciated his honesty.

We had a Dyson vacuum cleaner and had difficulty finding a place to repair it. We called All-Vac, and they were able to replace the roller, remove the blockage in the hose, and provide a "tune-up" for the price that they quoted over the phone. When I picked up the unit, it looked brand new (with the exceptions of the scratches from years of use). I was very happy with the service. I would definitely use them again.
