It went well. I back up to a park/field and we were getting mice every winter. I had tried the more commercial services like Terminix, but they did not work. I found A and R and I haven't had a problem since. I found dead mice for about a month after he came out, but I haven't had mice for two years after doing all he instructed me to do to keep the mice out. It was a lot of work on my part and the contractor I hired to perform the outside work, but it was well worth it.
The contract put steel wool around the outside under the bottom of the house where he could. My son and I sealed the inside at the top of the basement wall with Great Stuff. I go in my basement regularly just to check for mice droppings, and to my surprise and glee, there are none.
