Furnace quit working in the middle of winter. I called and they had someone out within 3 hours. I was expecting the worst, since I know nothing about furnaces. The guy found a faulty part, and replaced it. He said it was a cheap part and he did have a spare on his truck. I was totally expecting a $200-$300 bill. I was shocked at the total bill being $50.
This guy could have taken me for more money, but he did not. This kind of honesty is so hard to find anymore. Kuddos to this company.
