It was excellent service! The lady who accepted my computer was understanding, patient and professional. The tech who fixed my computer was fast, knowledgeable and polite. Their store was very nice and clean. I had my computer back the very next day. Ashton Computer Center has very fast service and low rates. They also offered to tutor me in my own home. I will be learning general computer use and how to buy and sell on eBay. Last year, they created and printed invitations for my daughter's graduation. Then they scanned in pictures from her childhood and created a slideshow on disk. They were kind enough to print a few on large 13" x 19" paper for us to frame. We also visit Ashton Computer Center once a month to pay our ComEd and Nicor bills. The thing they do the best, though, is computer repair. I seem to break my computer a LOT, and they are always there to get it fixed fast and inexpensively- they never charge more than $100 for labor! I will always take my computer to Ashton Computer Center for virus removal and computer repair.
