Real Estate Service
The apartment we rent is nice, but the quality of the maintenance leaves us lacking. We also pay quite a bit living in a small town, but the prices are comparable with others around here. Biggest problem we've had with them is fixing our heat. It went out a couple times this winter when we had to wait a couple days to come look at it. At first they offered space heaters, then said they didn't have any to give us.
