This was our first time with this company. I think their prices are high, but used them because of their good reviews on Angie's List. Kathy was great about working with me to schedule the work. On the day scheduled, she called to tell me that they were running late so they got here after their scheduled time. But there were 5 people and they made quick work of our 27 windows. The only issue i had was that inside of sliders were still dirty. I told Eric and he cleaned it himself right away. And, because they were later than scheduled (and I had to take off work to be here) she even gave me a discount on the work. Great job, great customer service and I will definitely be using them again!
