2 weeks ago we stopped in to reserve a van for 7/18. I stopped back in on 7/11 to verify that everything was set for the 18th. They could not locate my reservation and then asked me to step aside so they could help people who had reservations.
When they finally got back to me I asked if they they had any vans available for the 19th and the clerk's answer was he couldn't tell me.
I left frustrated and called the general manager.
He was very patient but in the end my basic question could not be answered - would there be a van available on the 18th?
The general manager instructed me to go online to reserve a vehicle, but why couldn't that be done in the store front?
I understand that reservations can be lost but I don't understand the poor attempts to rectify the situation.

Truck was clean, gassed, and ready as promised. The truck was easy to drive and had no mechanical problems. No problems on receiving or returning the truck.
