My good friends had their bathroom re-done a few years back by this company and they gave a good recommendation. I even met one of the owners (not Tricia) and she gave me her card and told me that if I ever needed bathroom or kitchen work to give her a call. I told her that I had a small bathroom so she probably wouldn't be interested in doing mine. She told me they did all sizes of jobs. When I was finally ready to call for quotes, I never received a phone call back from messages I had left both via through their website and voicemail. Finally, last week, I stopped into their new location. Apparently they moved in June and had no showroom still. It was a huge mess. Everything was down to the studs. Tricia is the person who I spoke with. She told me that they've been sooo busy and haven't had time to build their showroom. I could tell she wasn't interested right off the bat. She asked me what I wanted and I told her I was thinking of a bathroom remodel. She said she didn't have that much bathroom stuff on the floor to show me anyway. So I told her that it was okay, I was just looking to get a general quote of what the remodel would start at. You could tell she was scrambling to come up with a number and told me $12,000 minimum. It was obvious she was just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible to get back to whatever she was doing before I came in. Now this quote was for a tiny bathroom. Basic small sink, toilet and tub. It's a condo bathroom. None of the quotes that I've come up with have even come close to this ridiculous number. I happened to have a friend with me who was in town visiting, and the first thing she said when we walked out of Trilogy, was that it was very obvious that she had no interest in me as a customer or my remodel job. My friend's observation spoke volumes. Needless to say I will seek my business elsewhere. I get it, I have a small bathroom and businesses want to do the bigger jobs. If that is the case or they don't have the time to do the work then just be honest and recommend someone else who does do this type of work! I'd be more than likely to recommend them in the future if they did that. Now I just want to tell people to steer clear of them. Very disappointed to say the least in the lack of customer service.
