Transitional Care of Arlington Heights

The facility is clean, bright, and modern with private rooms and flat screen televisions. Common area are comfortable and artfully decorated in modernist style. The therapy rooms are equipped with state of the art apparatus. I give special kudos to therapists Arthur Szczpanski and Joseph Demonte and nurse Louisa S. The dining room atmosphere is very nice and the food is good based on an institutional scale.. Administration was a bit lacking in the areas of schedule management, check-in procedures (I did not receive my check-in paperwork until my discharge day) and there was a disconcerting issue regarding improper communications by a member of the nursing staff with my primary care physician's office attempting to cancel an appointment that I had made.
