Wonderful. They created the kitchen of my dreams. I loved their showroom, and the design Rachel came up with. I was surprised they offer the installation services as well. So Rachel designed my new kitchen and supervised the entire project. I am very happy with this company and will hire again for my bathroom project!

Ron was very professional during the whole remodel process. He helped keep us right on budget and gave us options of products that are gorgeous but affordable. Jakob and his team were fast with the remodel taking 3 days to do the bathroom. My bathroom now looks like a luxury bathroom and have given us peace of mind.

Jessica, the job manager, and Merrick the installer were very professional and knowledgeable. Jessica worked with us to resolve issues based on existing configuration and achieved an excellent result. Care was taken with demolition, installation and cleanup each day. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Prestige. The job went smoothly and was done within the time frame expected.

So thankful I found Jessica at Prestige Renovations! While working on my kitchen remodel I found myself in the position of having to cancel my original cabinet order with another vendor due to a series of delays. I had a completely empty kitchen waiting for kitchen cabinets and had to start the cabinet search again. My sister, who previously used Prestige for her kitchen remodel, recommended Prestige and Jessica saved the day.
I was in the unique position of only needing kitchen cabinets and would be using my own contractor for installation. This did not deter Jessica in any way. She jumped into the project, reviewed my plans, listened to my needs, explained the product lines, made recommendations, worked within my budget, met with my architect and, ultimately, helped me place my cabinet order.
Soon after placing the order with the cabinet manufacturer, she provided me with an approximate delivery date which was accurate. The customer service did not stop there. She helped me through the delivery process and the installation process even though I was using my own installers. She happily took my phone calls and made sure all of my questions were answered. Jessica is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
I am very happy with the kitchen cabinets I ordered through Prestige Renovations. I feel that the quality is high and I am pleased with their look and function. I am eager to work with Jessica at Prestige Renovations on my next project starting with the initial design process all the way through to the finished installation.

We were very pleased with our experience.  It was great working with Jason.  He was very responsive to our needs, giving us quality products at a very reasonable price.  The installers did an excellent job and very respectful of keeping surrounding areas clean.  Would highly recommend Prestige!

It all went as planned. Started job when promised and completed on time within the original 5 week quote. The workers were extremely pleasant and polite and were great to work with. Cleaned up every day before they left for the day. If I had anything else to remodel I would most definitely use them again.

They're great. They did a great job. I've used them previously for another bathroom in the house and I was really satisfied with that work. They're helpful  with as much of the design process that you want them to be and they stuck to the schedule. The project took exactly as long as they said it would take. They were neat and professional. They're not the cheapest but they're professional and they do just really quality work.

I would highly recommend Prestige.  They are a fabulous company to work with.  So accommodating. They aim to please their customers, and they do.  The kitchen remodel is gorgeous.  Jason is so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.  He went above and beyond to help us pick the right cabinets, granite, etc.  His crew are great and are so professional.  The workmanship is wonderful.  The crew arrived on time and followed through until the job was finished.  Unlike some, who show up for a few days, then are missing.  Not this company.  They were there every day until the remodel was completed.  Jason is very hands on and is at the home every day.  You can call him any time and he gets back to you immediately.  Prestige's showroom is great with a wonderful selection of cabinets, floors, tiles, etc.  This is a dependable company with a great reputation.  You can count on them to do great work.  Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy.  We would not hesitate to use Prestige again and we highly recommend them.

there done for the day. The staff and management will go out of there way to make your remodeling experience a good one. I would recommend Prestige to anyone that needs work done. I really liked the best that they are helpful in helping you plan,and work with you during the remodeling stage. The recommendations they make are just for you and will work very hard to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job they complete. Any questions I had were immediately answered and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Prestige and if I need future work done, they would be the one's I would call. I would recommend them to family and friends or anyone who wants to remodel or update their home and really be happy with the outcome.

They were very clean and efficient, and their cabinet selections were top notch. They did very good plumbing work as well.

Overall it was a fabulous experience. Mike was the foreman for our projects. We have a son with asthma and Mike made sure there was very little dust left at the end of each day. He and Robert were on time and did excellent work. They made sure all components were in before beginning the project. They also didn't bat an eye when I changed the tile pattern. The work was done on time and to complete satisfaction.

They were very unresponsive with my phone calls. I left messages with the front desk and also on their voice mail. When I actually got an appointment set up, no one showed up. I would not recommend this company.

When Jason Smith, owner of Prestige Renovations, came to the house and shortly suggested converting the dining room closet to a kitchen recess to solve a space problem for the refrigerator, I knew this was the company for me. Also, he said they like to get all the materials gathered first so when the job is started, there are no work stoppages. He was right. Jason was not flappable when the master plan went through several stages before we began the actual construction. He asked that any changes be put in writing so everyone was on the same page. I thought this was very fair. For each cabinet/counter change Jason made a computer image of the new placement which was very helpful. There were usually three men working daily from start to finish so the job was done as fast as possible. The men were friendly, polite and very competent. Jason figured a way to save the original flooring (old thin slat oak) which finished up elegantly. I was concerned about the outer door installation because there is not a right angle in this old house. There are no air leaks and the door fits tightly. The foreman also built a custom interior for the "dead space" over the basement stairwell area so I can store big pans and cookie tins. He was very clever. I am tall so the counters were built to 39 inches. By adding the extra boards to the kick area, my appliances are raised up also for a very streamlined look. I was delighted also that all my counter tops are seamless. How they managed that I can't imagine. Must be the silestone vender he uses really knows his stuff. The former door to the closet in the dining room was filled in so well you would never know a door existed there before. They even matched the bumpy plaster finish the original plaster mason (who built the house) put on the dining room walls. The stained glass panel was attached with silicone over the double pane side window in a manner that makes it look built in. The large 48X60 picture window was installed so that it looks like the window was always there. All in all I was delighted with the design, materials and workmanship from Prestige Renovations. After living with the kitchen a few weeks, I asked for a visit to realign a cabinet door that was slightly askew and to touch up a spot on the floor that wasn't stained quite right. They were Johnny on the spot to fix this minor blip, and assured me that all work was guaranteed for a year. My experiences with Jason, his wife, and his crew were always pleasant and professional. I only traveled to the Touhy showroom twice to pick out materials. All else was done at my home. The job was finished in a timely fashion with excellent results. My friends love my unique kitchen and so do I. For a kitchen remodeling, this experience was as painless as possible and they never let the old house quirks get in the way of a fantastic job.
