It went extremely well! Hardware selection is truly overwhelming, especially with all of the options now available online. That is why The Knobbery is such a find. A seasoned pro like Lynette makes the experience fun and manageable. She was able to cut through the multitude of options and whittle it down to a select few. A project that I thought would take days/weeks of browsing took just an hour or two meeting at the Knobbery showroom, thanks to her expertise. I was also looking for a knob that had been discontinued, had exhausted every avenue I could think of and was about to give up. Amazingly, Lynnette found the knob! I would never again shop for hardware without consulting her. We met again with my designer and corresponded via email. Lynette always responded promptly and her suggestions were invaluable. She helped with hardware placement too (another big decision!) Others there are super helpful too (i.e. Kelly). Kitchen remodeling is stressful enough, but the Knobbery made the hardware part of the process easy and fun. I can't recommend highly enough!

Lynette made this experience pleasant. I went in overwhelmed and left happy and with a sense of accomplishment. I purchased hardware on a Wednesday and received on Friday. Very happy with purchase.

They have a very nice showroom. hey have a nice compliment of inventory and parts on display. The employees we dealt with were they very responsive to our needs. Good follow through on lead times and following up on things. They seem to take an interest in your needs.

I have used The Knobbery on many occasions. If I have a broken hinge or knob or fancy bathroom towel rack which needs replacing, I leave it with The Knobbery and in a few days they call me saying they found a match. I don't like the cheap, mediocre products found in most common stores, so I use the showroom at The Knobbery to find nicely made and designed items.
