THE BEDDING EXPERTS INC

I started with a firm bed. The salesman did not tell me it would cause pain to my hips and shoulders as a side sleeper. When I went back, the manager told me he would not have sold me this bed as a side sleeper. I was told I had 2 beds to choose from (not true) for $99 for an exchange. The 2nd bed was too soft and hurt my low back. The 3rd bed I chose (another $99) was a basic posturepedic plush. After 2 months on it the cushion was matted down and was uncomfortable. I contacted the bedding experts and spoke to a regional manager, to complain about the quality of the material. He stated that I could only claim a warranty defect. I explained it was not defective. He told me they don't make the beds, and they can only make recommendations on what to buy, but as the consumer I was responsible for the choice. No recourse other than to go through Sealy, and the box spring I got was too big for my frame, made it creak. I tried to use a new frame, the frame itself did not fit my headboard.
