SURELINE ELECTRIC

From the beginning, they showed up early, they started work immediately, they had their game plan all set to go.  Even running into a problem at every turn, they overcame each one and completed the job perfectly.  We now have three new ceiling fans, a new garage light, and five new outlets for today's plugs.

We had a house inspector examine our unit and flagged several electrical issues. Paul fixed the main one (a burnt out GFI outlet above dishwasher) and advised on a couple of other issues, clarifying (a GFI in another room wasn't tripping properly but it was tripping @circuit breaker) another. Paul then replaced an outdoor outlet cover - screws were rusted completely so he had to cut them off and re-thread the openings. All this had to take place before our tenant moved in. Paul was very accomodating, very reasonably priced and has a great quality of work.

When they got here, they immediately opened the breaker box. They noticed the black curled smoke markings at the top of the breaker box and showed me where the wiring had caught fire! Imagine my surprise! The sockets (7) were all hot, but there was no circuit. I could get nothing to work when I plugged anything in, and now I know why. They replaced all the burned up wiring and regrounded them. They even gave me a completely new circuit, especially rigged for 220, so that I could use my heater. They didn't even have to tear up a wall! They went outside and checked the exterior junction box to make sure all the connections were good and secure and sealed. They redid the wiring so it was neat and organized, and placed the new circuit at the bottom so that it would not change my normal configuration I had gotten used to (you know kitchen on top, computer on bottom, etc). they cleaned up all the cob webs and dust and then resealed the top back on so only the switches were showing (which is all I need to touch anyway). They cleaned up their mess and it only took 2 hours. They were so nice and friendly and even answered my questions. I was so nosy! You know...why? How come? How does that work? Ha ha ha. These guys rock! They rule! They kick b***! They are forever more our electricians for life! My mate was in disbelief! It only cost $85!!! Can you believe that? If I'm lying I'm dying! No joke!

Paul was very prompt in getting back to me and scheduling the work. When he came to install, I think it turned out to be more work and harder than it might have been (in a newer house and with a different fan.) The attic space in which he had to work was tight - and it was hot up there. But he didn't complain. He found that the wiring for the bathroom ran in the floor instead of the ceiling, so he had to run electrical up to the ceiling up from the switch. Again, he didn't complain, and didn't raise the price due to the extra work. The fan works great and all is well - Thanks Paul!

Called and talked to Paul, asked if he could check an outlet that wasn't working. Paul came out the same day, about an hour after we talked! He determined the problem and also replaced the outlet fixture. Since I had him here, I also asked about the bathroom GFCI as it tripped very easily. He replaced it; yeah! Then I asked him about surge protection and he mentioned he could put a whole house surge protector in the circuit board. He gave me a price for it and I will have him install it. I was very impressed with his timely response and willingness to look at all my electrical issues. And the price was GREAT!

Went very smoothly and quickly. Paul is pleasant, quick and efficient.

Excellent outcome. Electricians arrived on time, with all materials and tools they may have needed. Owing to their expertise and diligence, they were able to resolve my problem in just 2 hours, without excess digging, thus saving me money in labor charges and by not having to replace food in the freezer and refrigerator, or replacing bedding plants.

I called three companies. This company was able to quote a price on the phone and meet my schedule of when I would be home. They arrived within reasonable proximity to time agreed upon (which wasn't all that clear to begin with) but did call to let me know they were on their way, and Paul and another gentleman completed all work within 2 hours. I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Awesome. Paul and Bruce were prompt(!), pleasant, quick and thorough. When asked to do something a little extra, they were happy to do it and charged very little. Recommend to anyone!

Very good. Made the appointment late on Friday night for a Monday 8:30 a.m. appointment. Kept to the price quoted over the phone. Did an excellent job. This was my first contractor I used on Angie's List and I was very happy with the experience.

From the outset, Paul took my call gave me a quick quote over the phone, and showed up on time. Paul and his assistant did a great job, quickly, and for much less than we were quoted from other electricians.

All work was done quickly and neatly. I was pleased with the response and would use them again. I will leave their number for the new owners of my townhome in the event they need any additional electrical work done.

Great! Paul and Tom were friendly and fast. Everything went well and we are enjoying the versatility of the switching changes. I will ask Paul back to install some outside lighting when the weather is better.

We called Paul this morning and he was here by lunchtime. He quickly assessed the problem and repaired both items in a timely manner and for a fair price. We will definitely call him again.

The work was average at best, took a little longer to complete since his associate could not find house, put extra holes in wall that needed to be repaired after he left. The cable is still not working in 1 room, may have disconnected while working. Asked for a breakdown on the bill, but never received the breakdown; just 1 lump sum.

Paul was available when he indicated he would be, did the work he said he'd do. He offered a few options for the placement of outlets and did the placement I wanted, even though it was more work for him. He worked with his son. Both were courteous and professional. I had been told by another electrician that the work would involve much more time, cost, and ripping apart of walls. Paul and son did the work very efficiently and well. The overall cost ended up being higher than what Paul indicated it would be on the phone, but it was still considerably lower than the other on-site estimate I was given.

A very good experience. I left a couple of messages, and when Paul was able to get back to me, he scheduled me in that very day. Tom did the actual work. He arrived on time - a little early even - and was very nice, patient with all of my questions, and very accommodating. I think they fit me into their very busy schedule, and I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.
