The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They installed an interior door which I need to close off a room, I was very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend. The pricing was very fair compared to the other quotes I got.

The company owner is polite and arrives on time with his crew. My first request included replacing a ceiling fan, a shower door and a kitchen light fixture. All the replacements were completed as expected.
Next, I gave the company a job to paint the entire house. To my dismay, there were major lapses in the paint work: several missed spots (entire closets were not painted), paint run-offs, and poor workmanship in some areas. I found some of the areas requiring more work on the last day of the job, and those were touched up after being pointed out. A few days later, when I found more spots missed or poorly done (27 in all), I was told to write them up on post-it notes and stick them to the locations to be touched up. My wife and I prepared and stuck the post-it notes as told. Unfortunately, I could not supervise the touch up work due to my work schedule. When I returned to the house, I was disappointed again. Out of 27 spots, just 4-5 spots were touched up.
In between the paint job and the touch ups, I had asked for electrical switches, sockets, faceplates and door knobs to be replaced. Most of that work was done as expected, but for some of the three-way switches that were improperly connected. I had to ask an electrician to fix the problem.
When contacted to request a resolution to the paint and electrical issues, the company owner did not respond to my calls or voice mails. I exchanged a few texts with him, and was told that my house looked 150% better than before. Well, I have to be the judge of that. The painting crew did not use drop cloths/tarps consistently. As a result, my laminate floor had thousands of tiny droplets of paint, which could be removed only using fingernails, a vacuum and a scrub - several times because every time we thought we were done, we found new spots to clean. Paint wipe-offs on the floor had to be scrubbed a few times. There was even paint on the grout between the tiles on the bathroom floors that did not clean up easily or just stubbornly continues to be there. Overall, it was a messy paint job, which forces me to give Summit Handyman a 'D'. Unless closely supervised, I don't think the paint crew will do a good job.

Very professional! Was very clean and polite. I would definintly use there services again. Seemed very experienced at all household repairs.

It went well Dave was very responsive and even asked if they could be there earlier than scheduled. They were able to make the repairs in less than 3 hours.
