+ -1 moreThey identified two possible solutions 1) removing trees near the house or 2)underpinning the foundation. They suggested that we would receive the same suggestions from contractors that do underpinning. They explained that they could come out and write a report but it would be an additional expense for us in addition to the cost of the underpinning. They were responsive in returning my calls. They were open and honest in sharing information. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
Description of Work: Telephone discussion regarding crack in foundation, sagging foundation and resultant cracks in walls and pressure on doors (impacting opening and closing of doors).
