Overall experience was excellent. Tammy was very patient in helping me find the style of table I was seeking. No pressure sales tactics, only true quality customer service at this store. I took some time to make a decision and shop around. Comparing prices with large department stores and other furniture stores, Smithe & Shanahan's price beat them all, even if the store had a sale. When I called several weeks later, she had all my information on file and placed the order by phone, and it was delivered in 10 days. This is a great family-owned store that carries good quality products and truly delivers exceptional service.
