 + -1 moreThe worst business interaction of my life. My entire experience from start to finish with this company was beyond horrific. It started off by the movers being multiple hours delayed to pick up my items (Arriving at 10 PM to begin the move) and then they didn’t have enough room on the truck to get all my items on it. That required them to come back again the next day. They also introduced an additional charge on pickup that raised my total price of the move by 30%. The delivery was delayed by two weeks, they lost 6 of my items (never to be returned) and misplaced my couch for 4 weeks. Every interaction with someone from the company was rude, disrespectful and bordered on the line of being a joke - it was that unbelievable. After having over 7K in damages and lost items, they offered me $129.00. If I can save you the biggest headache of this year - at ALL cost - do NOT do business with this company.
