SERVPRO OF ARLINGTON

I called the ServPro office on Monday of Thanksgiving week to ask if there was any chance of having them clean our carpeting before Thanksgiving (we were having out of town guests for the holiday). Not only was it just time for a general cleaning, but one of our dogs is getting old and had had a couple of accidents. The office (Sheila) was terrific and assured us she would do what she could to get us in. Sheila called me back within 30 minutes and had arranged to have a crew come to my home the next day. She was able to squeeze us in as the crew had other jobs in our area on that day. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, met the dogs (and made friends with them), brought in the equipment and got to work. I was impressed with the speed in which they completed the work and that the carpeting barely felt damp when they were done. This is the second time I used ServPro and will definitely use them whenever I need my carpet cleaned. Very professional, friendly, respectful, etc. They are definitely the kind of company you want to work with and let into your home. Our carpet is clean and the house smells terrific.

The company did what they were contracted to do but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the work. I believe that they were aggressive in the amount of dry wall cut out -- walls where the flood water didn't touch; there was one issue regarding a damaged cabinet that was left unresolved -- owner, who initially sold and oversaw the work didn't follow up; and the clean up was minimal -- space wasn't even broom swept, owner wasn't there for the final walk through.
