We had worked with Ryan before on a refinance of our old home, and when it came time for us to move and buy a new home in AZ we were happy Ryan was able to help us again. Even though we were still trying to sell our home in IL we were able to finance our new home. The whole process went as smoothly as possible, largely due to Ryan's competence, diligence, and professionalism. Without a doubt we will work with Ryan again on our next refinance or new home loan.

We were struggling to get the type of loan we wanted with our builder, we were told if we were to seek out another mortgage lender we would have two weeks to get the loan. We decided to reached out to Ryan to see if he could help us. Not only did he get us into a conventional loan, which is what the previous lender told us we couldn't do, but he got us a lower rate, lower payments, less money down and no PMI! Ryan was very professional and very easy to work with. We are so grateful to Ryan for getting us into our house, in two weeks no less, and will use him again for all of our mortgage needs.
