Russ was very professional and treated me with respect.  He took the time to listen, understand and propose ideas that supported my request.  You could tell from the conversation that he was credible and experienced.  He was the 4th individual that I had worked with for a quote.  Vastly different experience from the poor service that others provided (the others weren't respectful, didn't follow-up, over-priced, refused to write the quote if I wasn't serious, tried to sell me on something I didn't want and never followed-up).  I also appreciated that Russ grew up in the neighborhood and had a good reputation.  When I checked his references, they were all positive.  He and his assistant followed-up exactly as they said they would.  The quality of the work was excellent.  There are many walls like this in the neighborhood and his work looks so much better than so many around.  I was really pleased.  I would certainly work with him again.  Professional, knowledgeable, respectful and quality work.

He designed the landscape in our front and back yard in the past. They were very prompt and clean. They always cleaned up after themselves. They are very courteous.

The installation of the pavers looked fine for the first several years. Shortly before the five year warranty expired, I noticed that numerous pavers on the back door stoop, which he installed, had come loose, were uneven and some could even be completely pulled out. I also noticed that the bricks along the edge of the patio had sunk and were about 3/4 inch below the outside edging. I called Lokun on three occassions and left messages and even stopped at his office. He did not return any of my calls and never came to my house. I do not believe that he ever intended to honor the five year warranty that was guaranteed in the contract that he signed. I expected Lokun to follow through with the contract or at least be professional enough to return my calls.

EVERY SUGGESTION HE MADE WAS SPOT ON, AND WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE LOOK AND QUALITY OF THE FINAL PRODUCT. HE EXPLAINED THE MAINTENANCE FOR OUR NEW PLANTS WITH GREAT PATIENCE. WE WILL SURELY USE RUSS AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS WITHOUT HESITATION.

THEY DID ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL WORK. IT TURNED OUT BETTER THEN I EXPECTED. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE LITTLE DETAILS AND REMOVED ALL THE OLD DEBRIS. WHEN THEY LEFT IT WAS USABLE. RUSS IS VERY PERSONABLE AND HAS A LOT OF GREAT SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS. HE ALWAYS CHECKED IN WITH ME TO GIVE ME A DAILY STATUS OF HOW THINGS WERE PROGRESSING.
