Room By Room did a complete remodel of two of our bathrooms and added a third bathroom. Their staff was outstanding. They were attentive, trustworthy, and highly skilled craftsmen who prided themselves on doing a great job. We had total confidence in the quality of their work, and we never felt uncomfortable having them in our home. The owner was involved from beginning to end, and it was a pleasure working with him. All of our questions and requests were addressed promptly. Their partner vendors, including the architect, were outstanding. We highly recommend Room By Room and intend to hire them again for future projects.

When we decided to renovate our kitchen, we knew it was going to be a big project that would cause significant amounts of both joy and pain. We took nearly a year from concept to the start of construction to make sure we carefully thought out the details and layout. Throughout that time, we worked hand-in-hand with our interior designer, Amber Golob from Amber Golob Interiors. Once we were able to put our ideas to plan, we knew the a choice of contractor was our next critical decision. Amber referred us to Tom at RBR, among other contractors. After meetings with several companies, we felt the most comfortable with RBR's experience, professionalism, responsiveness, and vision for the project. We chose wisely. Tom and his team exceeded our expectations and the finished product is everything we had hoped for. Throughout the process, I am hard pressed to recall a day in which Tom did not personally stop into the project, despite being inundated with work. When he did, he made it a point to make contact with me even if it was just a call or text. Our project manger Robert was prompt, reliable, highly skilled, and conscientious of the design and our personal style preferences. The site was always cleaned at the end of the day and great effort was taken to protect the rest of the house. No project is perfect of course. However, whatever issue we did have (and they were minor), Tom and Robert addressed them immediately and to our satisfaction. Their office manager, Lee Ann, is highly organized, extremely responsive, and a miracle-worker (she found the last boxes of matched tile in existence to finish the job). The project was finished on time. Even change orders that were either necessary or preferred once construction had started were fair and reasonable. The quality of home renovation contractors can vary greatly. We cannot say enough about the professionalism, personal touch, and follow through of RBR. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

When we bid out the work for our kitchen remodel, we were looking for a number of things from a contractor: (1) professionalism; (2) commitment to quality; (3) project management to coordinate the entire process; (4) constant and consistent communication (both listening and delivering); and, (5) cost effectiveness. We agreed to go with Room by Room because we felt they would deliver on all of these qualities based on our conversations with Tom and testimonials from their vendors and clients. We can now say with certainty that we made the right choice. RBR not only met all of our requirements, they managed to exceed them with every interaction we had with members of their team. Though it was disruptive, they all made it more than bearable because of their diligence, hard work and good humor. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and we have received many compliments on the kitchen. We will certainly be recommending RBR to our friends & family and will use them in the future when we update other rooms in the house.

Room By Room did a great job for us on our basement remodel. RBR was flexible when our waterproofing company delayed (and ultimately changed) their part of the project. Frank, Tino and his team made sure that our project was done right. The new space looks great, and we're delighted!

We hired RBR for a kitchen remodel and are thrilled with the outcome! Our kitchen is beautiful. They performed demolition on the existing kitchen, removed the soffit and moved plumbing and electrical, installed the cabinets/hardware and crown, installed the faucet, and wound up installing the appliances too. Lee Anne was SO great to work with, easy and helpful. They were fairly accommodating and flexible with us. We love our new kitchen and had a good experience with them. I’d definitely recommend them!

RBR is the best contractor I have ever worked with. They are competent, helpful, positive, responsive, communicative and creative. I had a few challenges that required on-site troubleshooting and creative solutions and they came through above and beyond what I would have expected. It was a seamless partnership and my most efficient and enjoyable construction project to date. I will be calling them again.

Working with RBR was great. From our first meeting with Rick we felt confident this was the company to go with. He walked us through step by step. He came with us to all of our appts to pick out tile, fixtures and our vanity top. Since this was our first major remodel we knew nothing. Him and LeeAnn in the office were great about answering all of our questions. They crew that did the work was also great. Tino and his guys were prompt and worked continuously to the job done. They did a tremendous job. We couldn't be happier. They were very patient when we had to stop them to make crucial decisions on placement of items. Once the job was complete and we found a small leak under our sink they were very quick to come out and remedy it. LeeAnn even followed up a few days later to make sure it still all okay. Great people and quality all around. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

So happy with the results, complete remodel of bathroom which is now beautiful and replaced carpeting with hard flooring. All deliveries were coordinated without any effort on my part and work progressed in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with these projects and moving forward will be calling them to continue the renewal.

We absolutely loved working with RbR! We recently updated our basement hallway tile along with bathroom and laundry rooms and the work is above and beyond. Our hallway herringbone tile is certainly a show stopper. I would certainly recommend working with Frank and his team! They are truly the BEST!

I cannot say enough good things about RBR after they completed our major kitchen, bathroom, and nursery renovations. We had never done major renovation work like this before, and all we heard stereotypically was that it would take longer than you think, cost more than you think, and the contractor would be difficult to work with. RBR completely shattered our expectations. They finished our work a week EARLY, on budget, and were a pleasure to work with the entire time. Tom and Lee Anne were responsive, flexible, professional, and honest. The RBR crew was courteous, clean, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work, often going above and beyond what was asked to make sure everything was perfect. We could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out, and cannot recommend them enough!

From first meeting Tom I knew they were the contractors for our kitchen/family room remodel. Tom explained all of our options and came up with a plan that fulfilled a long time dream. LeeAnne was on top of everything from soup to nuts. As for their crew Greg and Derrick we were thrilled. Tom told us 3 weeks from start to finish and they were exactly on track! As for their subcontractors for the cabinets and counters, they were great as well. When I was looking for tile work to be done in my kitchen I contacted 4 different companies asking for an estimate. Three came out to look at the work and only RBR followed through with one. From start to finish, the staff at RBR was professional. Lee Anne Butler stayed on top of the project administratively and sent me numerous emails letting me know what the next step would be. Frank Folisi came out and spent a considerable amount of time looking at the work site and detailing would be required and what RBR would do. He was on time to the minute and very professional. When the work was completed he even sent me a thank you note for hiring their company to do the work! The two young gentlemen who came to my house and did the work were here on time every day and incredibly productive. My only complaint is that they did not completely tape off the doorways to the area, causing the rest of my house to be filled with construction dust. Nonetheless, the work they did was very good and I am very happy with it. I would gladly hire RBR for any future renovation projects I have.

My first experience with RBR was approximately 8 years ago. We had recently had a miserable experience with another contractor (who basically tore up our house and rarely finished anything), so needless to say we were apprehensive about diving in again. Home remodeling/construction can be very overwhelming and intimidating, especially after a bad experience. Tom turned out to be the polar opposite of our original contractor. He immediately put us at ease. We discovered that RBR is aptly named. Tom goes room by room with his customers at their own pace â no pressure tactics, no hard sell. His ideas were perfect for us (he has great vision and an eye for detail). He really understands the concept of a budget, but never sacrifices on quality. He is also incredibly accessible and responsive via phone call or text, traits in very short supply in contractors these days. His crews are punctual, friendly, hard-working, and they do a fantastic job of clean up at the end of each day. Tom visits the work site quite often to check on things and answer any questions or concerns. Finally, Tomâ s main concern is customer satisfaction. He will make sure that the job is done right no matter what, and he never â nickel and dimesâ his clients. Over the years, RBR has remodeled virtually every part of our house, most recently an amazing home gym. This was our third experience with Home Advisor: We hired Rich's Custom Decorating years ago and a few years ago a roofer through Home Advisor and now Room By Room - totally satisfied with our three times with them.

Incredible customer service and work product. It was a complete remodel of a large basement bathroom, including difficult tile work, spa installation, heated floors, new plumbing, electrical work and fixture installation. The demo and installation process were very professional and efficient, and the communication from the RBR team throughout the process was great. Because the bathroom job went so well, we then hired RBR to install a new floor in our finished basement and to repaint the basement. We could not be happier with the final product. RBR is great to work with and we will hire them again.

These guys are really good at what they do. What I appreciated the most about them was how organized they were. Once you sign up with them, it is a bit of a whirlwind with everything happening all at once, but they guide you through the process to make decisions and start ordering. Once the crew shows up, they donâ t want to take a day off or delay the project in any fashion, so lining up everything in advance is key. That being said, this can lead to some repetitive steps or changes to past decisions, once the facts on the ground become more clear. But in general, everything was ready on time, prepared on time, and we had few surprises.
